We have been based out of FL for the past 24 years and Disney Vacation Club Members for the last 15. The facilities at WDW are very conducive for business, networking and entertainment. The atmosphere sparks creativity and a relaxed environment. In addition, WDW is a bucket list item for many people. 

Absolutely! It’s not all work and no play. There is plenty of time devoted into the schedule to see WDW. Many clients actually work in a family vacation associated with our conferences.

No. Once Epic Universal opens, we will have conferences there as well. Time frame is late 2025.

Yes. We accept wire transfers, ACH payments, and credit cards. Credit cards have been the most popular because of the many benefits they offer; points, rewards, cash back. Here is a structured synopsis of the process: 1) The customer submits their credit card to the merchant. 2) The merchant either swipes the card or inputs the card details into their point-of-sale (POS) system. 3) The POS system transmits the transaction data to the payment processor, which further relays it to the card issuer for approval. 4) The card issuer evaluates the customer’s account to ascertain adequate available credit and to detect any potentially fraudulent activities. 5) Upon approval, the card issuer dispatches an authorization code to the payment processor, which in turn sends it to the merchant’s POS system. 6) The transaction is finalized by the merchant who furnishes the customer with a receipt. 7) The payment processor concludes the transaction with the card issuer, and the funds are credited to the merchant’s account.
